Unplug from your life and spend a day deepening your practice! This will be a traditional practice day. There will be two formal meditation periods, group discussion, and lots of space in which to enjoy being unplugged from the routines and responsibilities of your normal life. During that space you’ll be free to practice in whatever way you choose (yoga, additional meditation, mindful walking, and so on).
