DESCRIPTION:David leads and facilitates two meditation and discussion groups\nin Western NC on a regular basis:\nIntegrated Dharma Meditation Group at The Friends Meeting House in Asheville\nDavid facilitates this group every Sunday evening from 6:00 until 7:30. The format is the same as the virtual groups: a thirty-minute meditation period followed by an hour-long discussion. To participate\, simply join us at The Friends Meeting House (227 Edgewood Road) on Sunday evenings! Feel free to come a little early and stay a little late for fellowship with others in the sangha. This meditation group is sponsored by Southern Dharma Retreat Center (https://southerndharma.org/). \nThe Social Sangha in Black Mountain\, NC\nDavid facilitates for the Social Sangha every first Monday from 6:30 until 8:00. We meet at a place called Quietude just outside of town. The group begins with a thirty-minute sit\, which is followed by an hour-long facilitated discussion.
