SUMMARY:Virtual meditation and discussion group
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nEach Sunday and Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 eastern we gather on Zoom (a video-conferencing platform) to support each other\, learn from each other\, and experience the joy of spiritual community. Group begins promptly at 7:00 with a thirty-minute meditation period\, followed by a facilitated conversation lasting an hour\, during which people may bring up whatever issues they choose in regards to their practice\, the things going on in their lives\, and so on. \nWe are not looking for any sort of commitment\, just a willingness to jump in whenever you’re able. If you express interest we will put you on an email list to receive invitations to the group sessions and announcements about the group. \nThe Sunday and Thursday evening groups are offered on a donation basis. \nFor more information\, or if you would like to participate\, email David at djmckay429@gmail.com.
