DESCRIPTION:Here’s another opportunity to take refuge in practice in the midst of all of the challenges and responsibilities of your regular life. From 10:00 to 5:00 eastern we’ll meditate together\, have group\, and there will be space offline to do yoga\, go for a walk\, sit on the porch with a cup of tea\, or whatever else would serve you and your practice.
